Hey. Don’t know if this is too good, but tell me even if it sucked.

Sirius woke up, yawned, and sat up in his ‘bed’. It was more of a rock with sheets on it. He looked around his dark room, which was covered with spider webs, and old wood. He stood up, jumped out of his bed, and walked to his wardrobe. He pulled the heavy doors open, and huffed. Sirius picked up his dark blue jeans, his shirt, his shoes, socks, toothbrush, toothpaste, and everything else he needed. He went into his bathroom, turned on the water, and pulled off his pajamas. He got into the cold, weak shower. He washed his hair, dried off, and got dressed. He walked downstairs, making sure he didn’t fall down the steep steps.
Sirius walked into the kitchen, and saw his mother and his father sitting down at the table, eating their breakfast, drinking tea, and going through the mail the owl had brought. Sirius also saw his younger brother Regulus, playing with his cereal. Sirius sat down next to Regulus, and put a piece of toast onto his plate. “Good morning.” He said to his family. They ignored him, and continued with their business. Sirius took a bite of the toast, and scanned the room. He saw the dead rat that had been there for at least six months, who he had named ‘George’, a moldy piece of bread, spider webs, and the normal kitchen items. When his eyes fell upon the window, he saw a dark brown owl starring at him. He didn’t understand why the owl was staring at him. The owls usually started at the person it was delivering to. Sirius didn’t have any friends, he didn’t have any family members that liked him, and he didn’t just send himself letters to make him feel better. “Mum, there is an owl outside the window.” Sirius said, pointing his small finger to the owl. His mother looked up and him, disbelieving.
“The owls come when we wake up. No earlier, no later. There isn’t an owl out there.” She spat.
“Mum, he’s right there. He’s holding a big letter!” Orion, his father, turned to the window, and looked at the owl, puzzled.
“There is an owl out there.” He said, irritated that it didn’t come on time. He opened the window, and watched as it flew to Sirius, and dropped a big letter. Sirius looked down at the stamp, which had a Serpent, a Raven, a Lion, and a Badger on it. He looked at it puzzled, and then up at his father. “Open it boy, open it!” He shouted sitting back down in his seat.
Sirius opened the letter, as he read the front. It read:
To Mr. Sirius Orion Black
Number 12, Grimmauld Place
Room with many spider webs
When Sirius emptied the contents, he read the first page he picked up aloud:
“Mr. Sirius Black,
You have been accepted into Hogwarts, School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In this envelope you will find the list of items you need for your classes, and what you should expect at Hogwarts!” Sirius said excited. Anything to get out of here, he thought. He looked at his parents, who both had a smirk on their face.
“Good. You’ll be leaving soon.” His mum said. Sirius continued smiling, as he ran up the squeaky stairs into his room. He read the letter over, and over again. I might actually have friends! He thought excitedly.
